7.5 cm describes the plastic collar length, not its neck size. The soft collar uses inches. Neither price nor size label establishes suitability for an individual dog.
Compare measurements, not just size labels
The garment charts distinguish body length, chest and abdomen circumference. Chest is labelled 2 cm from the front legs and abdomen 2 cm from the hind legs; body-length endpoints are not defined in the inspected text. The collar charts use different measurements again. Confirm the exact manufacturer chart with the supplier rather than transferring a size from another product.

The plastic collar is wipe-clean; the soft collar is machine washable without a stated temperature. These details help compare the purchase specification, not decide which design is clinically appropriate.
