For recurring care, request the ordinary price as well as any package rate. Find out how many days you must book, whether unused sessions expire, and whether sickness or holidays count as paid absences. The planner below uses your chosen number of sessions; it does not assume that a month is exactly four weeks.
Kennel day boarding, home daycare and group daycare can have quite different routines. Ask about rest periods, group sizes, introductions, staffing, overnight use of the premises and the emergency plan. A trial or assessment can be a separate charge; confirm whether it is refundable or credited towards your first booking.
Count the days you expect to use in the actual calendar month and multiply by the agreed rate, then add transport and other extras. For a long-term annual plan, account for weeks away and any minimum paid commitment.
