Enter the units the provider confirms it will charge, including any minimum stay. A day or night price does not imply that half-units can be booked. Half-units are enabled only for a recorded tariff with an explicit half-day charging rule; the provider must still confirm the rule for your stay.
Formula: price × charged units + total extras. A shared-room price already covers the stated pets. Add daily extras for every charged day; do not add a deposit again if it is part-payment. For a stay, use the provider’s actual charged-day rule rather than assuming nights equal days.
Ask whether the advertised hour is spent walking or includes collection, transport and drop-off. For group walks, ask how many dogs will be together, how they are matched and what happens if your dog is not comfortable with the group. These differences make a simple price-per-minute ranking misleading.
A discounted first month can understate a year's spending. Our Daisy's examples use the published standard rate and record the introductory rate in the notes. Ask any provider about weekend and evening supplements, extra dogs, cancellation notice and whether you pay for weeks you are away.
Enter the agreed walk price and the number of walks you actually plan to book. Three walks each week for 46 weeks is 138 walks, while a busy calendar month may have a different number of weekdays than the previous one. Add any collection charges separately and check whether they apply once per booking or once per dog.
You can compare the spending, but the services are different. Decide which arrangement is appropriate first, then compare quotes for that arrangement. We label both duration and group type.
Ask about insurance, key storage, emergency contact arrangements, cover when your usual walker is unavailable and written cancellation terms. A price listing is not a check of those arrangements.
