Untamed's support page advertises 12 trial tins for £7 and describes around £2/day for a cat eating two tins. That £2 is an indicative plan figure, not a personalised quote or evidence that two tins meet every cat's needs.
Brand pricing information checked 10 September 2026. We have not performed a feeding trial, laboratory analysis or matched-pet checkout comparison.

Quantity options are brand descriptions, not a prescription for your cat. Arithmetic does not establish nutritional equivalence.
Why a public example is not your personalised renewal price
The public selector asks for an email before presenting a recommended plan. It also contains conflicting example renewal quantities and charges, so those amounts are not used as verified quotes here. Use the order summary generated for your cat and chosen plan before committing to recurring payments.
The page states free shipping and editing/cancellation up to the day before dispatch. Save your actual next charge and dispatch date. For a retail comparison, match the exact 75g recipe and tin count, then add delivery; a mixed multipack with complementary recipes is not automatically equivalent to a complete-food order.
Sources: UntamedCost per tin is a starting point
Check the tin size, recipe and whether the food is labelled complete or complementary. A topper and a complete feeding plan should not be compared as if they supply the same diet. Use the actual product's feeding directions and seek veterinary advice where your cat has particular dietary needs.
Get the recurring total before paying for the offer
Untamed's help centre says exact personalised costs come through its questionnaire. Save the next delivery's price, tin count and dispatch date as well as the trial order. Where you feed other food alongside the tins, include it in the daily total.
Sources: Untamed help centreWork out the household's bill
Constructed example: two cats each consuming food costing £2/day would cost £120 over 30 days before any household discount. If the second cat needs a different portion, calculate it separately. A per-cat headline can otherwise hide the true recurring commitment.
Compare a 28-day box over 28 days, not a calendar month. Then multiply the daily cost by 365 for an ongoing-year estimate. Treat trial savings as a one-off adjustment.
Check the next order and cancellation cut-off
The trial page says orders can be edited or cancelled up to the day before dispatch. Check the live terms and next order in your account; the support page's general ability to pause should not be read as a promise to stop food already dispatched.
This is a cost review, not a taste or health verdict. A large meat-content claim by itself does not demonstrate that a product is suitable for every cat.
Sources: UntamedCompare two payment schedules
Compare the trial, renewal and delivery costs in your two food quotes. Only compare portions and feeding coverage you understand; a lower cost does not mean equal nutrition.
Use your actual quotes and billing intervals. Amounts stay in your browser. The horizon starts with a payment on your chosen date and excludes a renewal exactly at its end. Include other consumables separately; do not treat these totals as every possible ownership expense.
Worked example and limitations
Illustration only: starting 1 January 2027, a £28 payment every 28 days produces 14 payments (£392) before 1 January 2028. A £28 calendar-month payment produces 12 payments (£336). The first option also supplies periods extending beyond the horizon: cash paid is not the same as food consumed or like-for-like value.
The same price is assumed at each renewal unless you enter a different first payment. No later price changes, cancellation refunds, partial-period refunds, interest or inflation are predicted. Calendar-month dates keep the original day where possible and use the month’s last day otherwise. Confirm the provider’s actual billing rules.
