Parker & Crowther's Formby branch is at 113 Church Road, Formby, Merseyside L37 3ND, open Monday to Friday 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed Sunday. The Formby tour describes consultations, blood tests, ultrasound, radiography and an operating room with dental equipment.

Good to know before you visit: registered clients get VidiVet digital vet support 24/7, and out-of-hours emergency care is supplied by Rutland House Veterinary Hospital. The official RCVS entry shows weekend opening, a client car park, disabled public access and Core Standards (Small Animal). Parker & Crowther is part of VetPartners Practices Limited.
